Despite the fact that our Iris was installed in 2017, we have been treated with the same consideration, respect and attention to detail as we were when we purchased the Iris. Josh arrived and resolved the issue with unhurried demeanor. I must emphasise this is seven years after installation and the customer service has been superb. I do wonder how many companies offer this level of aftercare. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

The fitters who came were very efficient, polite and professional. They arrived around 10am and had completely tidied up and finished by 4pm.

We visited Lanai Outdoor at a home show in London last year. We found just what we wanted and booked a consultant to come to our house. It only took a few minutes to measure and set the order for a beautiful awning! Our lounge is south facing and the awning provides great shade while looking fantastic on our patio. The easy remote control is a dream! We love our awning and would recommend Lanai Outdoor highly.

We had been searching for a suitable replacement for the dark hardwood sliding patio door between our conservatory and living room for a long time without success. Having seen Lanai products at Grand Designs Live at Excel London in 2015, we decided that the frameless sliding glass panels would be ideal. We are extremely pleased with the result which gives exactly the light and airy effect that we wanted. The product is of excellent quality and the installation was done to a high standard. Since installation there have been no problems and we continue to be pleased with it.
