Despite the fact that our Iris was installed in 2017, we have been treated with the same consideration, respect and attention to detail as we were when we purchased the Iris. Josh arrived and resolved the issue with unhurried demeanor. I must emphasise this is seven years after installation and the customer service has been superb.
