An installation of our WGM overblinds This property was struggling in its south facing position and the living space was becoming uncomfortably hot in the sunnier months. The installation of these remotely operated blinds, guaranteed for 10 years, will ensure that come the sunshine next year the indoor space will be much more comfortable. We overcame an installation issue here regarding protruding soil pipes by utilising rafter mounting brackets to enable the blinds to be self-supporting and sit forward of said pipework. The customer is so pleased with the installation that they are also considering

Another Stunning Installation by Lanai Outdoor We installed this veranda last year and the customer was so impressed with the transformation of their outdoor space that they called us back in to install sliding glass doors and a remotely operated under blind to create a really amazing outdoor space. Our designer worked closely with the customer and their landscaping team to ensure a seamless transition utilising sunken door tracks. The customer is thrilled with the finished result and it really has transformed how they use their garden through the seasons.

Lanai are please to present our latest installation of a pool side Iris incorporating a stylish outdoor kitchen. The installation on a prestigious property on the Essex coast completes this outdoor entertainment space and ensures the customer can enjoy al fresco living no matter what the weather. Sliding glass doors offer protection from the elements and allow the light in whilst the remotely operated zip screens offer both privacy and shade. Its dimensions are 6m x 3.3m with glass doors and screens/dimmable LED lighting.

Our Nene awning on a new build property A beautiful installation of our Nene awning with dimmable LED lighting and infra-red heating to a new build property in Worcestershire. This really finishes the rear elevation of this property off and provides a sheltered space to enjoy that stunning view or dine alfresco and entertain well into the evening. All at the touch of a button. We have added an optional motion sensor here so the awning will automatically retract on particularly windy days in this exposed position. Its dimensions are 6m x 4m.

Another fantastic installation of Lanai's Iris louvred canopy At 3m x 3m this is one of the smaller installations we have undertaken, but it provides a great comfortable space for dining alfresco or just generally enjoying the garden whatever the weather. Open the roof remotely to allow the fresh air and sunshine in or close it using the hand held patio remote to protect against UV and rain. The addition of integrated, remotely operated zip screens adds privacy and provides shelter on windy days at the touch of a button.

Our ever popular Nene awning This tricky installation to a recessed and angled elevation was achieved by the clever use of a bespoke mounting bracket. The customer had approached two other companies who declined to carry out the works due to its complexity, but we were happy to help! This south facing property in Suffolk now benefits from a relaxing shaded area to enjoy the garden no matter how hot and sunny the weather may be. Its dimensions are 4m x 3.5m.

Stunning Iris Louvred Canopy with Amazing Views A stunning installation of an Iris louvred canopy to this substantial property in West Sussex. The remotely operated roof louvers allow the customer to enjoy their terrace and that amazing view come rain or shine. Dimmable LED lighting will ensure they can now enjoy this outdoor space well into the evening. Its dimensions are 3500 x 5900 mm.
